For all Applicants, Prospective, and Current Leaseholders of a state mineral lease-
Anyone wanting to submit an application to nominate state owned lands or waterbottoms for mineral leasing or to submit a bid for a mineral lease, exclusive geophysical agreement, or wind lease given by the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board is required to register, and renew registration annually, with the Department of Natural Resources' Office of Mineral Resources (OMR) prior to submitting an application or bid.
